For Distant Analysis Testing Elizabeth requires a small sample of your hair to be taken from the nape of the neck (dyed hair is OK).
	Feel the groove at the back of your neck.
	Go to the base of the skull.
	Take only a few hairs.
	Place in a brown envelope, small plastic bag or cling film.
